Job Description
Outpatient Neurologist: At Neurology Institute for Brain Health and Fitness, we help patients with concussion or age-related memory loss improve their cognitive performance. Each patient undergoes a thorough evaluation which includes brain MRI, VO2-max exercise testing, sleep study, Q-EEG/brain mapping, and neurocognitive assessment. The results of these studies form the basis for our personalized treatment strategies. We also carry out clinical trials for supplements to measure their effectiveness in enhancing brain performance. We are looking for neurologists who would be interested in joining our team of psychologists, exercise specialists, "brain coaches," and medical staff. This is an out-patient position with no in-hospital responsibilities or significant on-call duties, for our offices in Maryland (Towson, Columbia, or Bethesda). We prefer applicants with training, experience, or strong interest in cognitive neurology, EEG, sleep medicine, concussion, or stroke prevention. Job Description
Full- Time Neuropsychologist: Needed for neurocognitive testing and rehabilitation of adults with memory complaints. At Neurology Institute for Brain Health and Fitness, we focus on helping baby boomers and elderly improve their memory and brain performance. Each patient undergoes full neurological evaluation, brain MRI, blood tests, and neurocognitive testing, followed by cognitive therapy and training. We are now looking for a full-time Neuropsychologist who can perform neuropsychometric testing (score and write reports), cognitive behavioral therapy, and/or cognitive stimulation training to join our busy practice.
